Champagne Jacques Selosse Retrospective Tasting & Dinner hosted by Antonio Galloni - Waitlist Only

Antonio Galloni will host this once-in-a-lifetime tasting of Selosse Champagnes. We will start with a glass of Selosse’s iconic Rosé. The evening continues with flights of Initial, V.O. (Version Originale) and Substance across multiple releases, which will give us the opportunity to explore the role that base vintages and disgorgements play in these Champagnes. We will then taste through the entire collection of single-vineyard, lieu-dit Champagnes and have a discussion about expressions of place, before concluding with the 2006 Vintage. The wines will be paired with the superb cuisine of Chef Mike Anthony. Join us for what is sure to be the ultimate Selosse experience.
