Ploussard, London, UK
Neal Martin, March 2026
Ploussard was a joy from start to finish, one of my favourite meals in some time. I warmly recommend this refreshingly unpretentious local restaurant for its standard of cuisine and quality of ingredients.
Vinous Favorites
2024 Field Recordings Fiasco, 92 points
The 2024 Fiasco (75% Cabernet Sauvignon and 25% Sangiovese) is dark and brooding, with a savory mix of crushed blackberries, sage and wet stone. Juicy acidity and masses of fruit lead to a beautifully long, tangy finish framed by a resonance of crisp tannins. The Fiasco is a total pleasure. (EG)

2008 & 1982 Bollinger Blanc de Noirs Vieilles Vignes Françaises
